I'm Dr. Melissa Waxman, a psychologist specializing in helping children, teens, and young adults overcome anxiety and OCD. Using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure/Response Prevention (ERP), I partner with individuals and families to build confidence, manage worry, and get back to the things that matter most.

Together, we'll work on managing worry, facing fears gradually, and building confidence to take on new challenges.
Family Support & Parent Coaching
Parenting a child with anxiety or OCD can feel overwhelming. I work with families to understand what's happening, learn strategies to support their child effectively, and reduce the stress these challenges bring to the whole family.
School Consultation & Collaboration
When school challenges affect learning, behavior, or emotional well-being, I partner with parents, teachers, and service providers to bridge clinical and academic needs and help each child get the individualized support they need.
